The Meghalaya State Agricultural Marketing Board (MSAMB), Shillong, Meghalaya hereby invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Nationalized Banks / Scheduled Commercial Banks /Regional Rural Banks / Cooperative Banks for engagement as Banking Partner for implementation of the CM ASSURE Scheme 2026. The CM ASSURE Scheme involves large-scale bulk financial transactions amounting to several crores, primarily towards payments to farmers. MSAMB proposes to engage a Banking Partner with strong digital banking capabilities to ensure timely execution of payments, transparency, transaction tracking, reconciliation, and compliance with data security standards under the Scheme
